Cooper's Story...
Cooper was pulled from a high kill shelter and is now searching for a great family to love him. He is a wonderful boy, fairly calm for his breed and loves his toys. He is great with children and enjoys his doggy friends, he is a bit interested in the cats but doubt he knows what they are. we are working on introductions now. He is still growing his spots...new ones show up everyday! We will be having our next adoption event at Hickory Pet Care Complex in Forest Hill, Md on July 13 th from 9-5 Please come see all of us there.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cooper, a Pelham Dalmatian/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dalmatian/Labrador Retriever for sale in Pelham, or seeking a Dalmatian/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Pelham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pelham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pelham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dalmatian/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Dalmatian/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pelham paves the way for another one to be saved.
