My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Phil! Phil was a scared frightened little guy who hid out in a neighborhood until we were able to catch him. He had ( we are sure) been someone's cat but somehow found himself alone and scared. He is now in a safe foster home and is quite the character ~~Does well with everyone including dogs! Phil is around 9 pounds and is beautiful grey russian blue mix. His adoption fee is 65.00 which includes his neuter and all vaccinations.
