Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Faith was another dog pulled from a hoarding situation we recently became involved with. Jellybean, Dozer, Skittles and Pixie all also came from the same house. A lady trying to be helpful started saving dogs off the street and did not spay or neuter them. She let them start to breed and had them all living outside together where many of the dogs got heartworms, puppies got sick and died, and the dogs became feral. Eventually animal control had to step in. Being that is was such a rural county the shelter did not have the space to take on many of these dogs and were going to have to euthanize everyone. In order to prevent this, the local community got involved and everyone did their best to contact rescues and get the dogs to safety.
Faith was one of the last dogs off the property. Unlike Jellybean and many of the other dogs, Faith does not have heart-worms and is actually very heathly. She is timid and has probably never lived indoors, but is picking up on housebreaking and crate training fast as well as all the strange noises made in a home. She seems to like being in the warm shelter of a house and really likes her crate when things get overwhelmed. She is coming around quickly and would love to find a forever home where she can keep growing. She doesn't have an ounce of aggression in her and just wants to cuddle all of the time. She is going to make someone a great companion if they just give her the chance. Quiet home is preferred.
Faith is around 2 years old, is spayed, UTD on shots, HW neg (tested twice due to environment) chipped, and flea and parasite free. Her adoption fee is $175.
