My story

Ooh! Oh my! I didn't see you sneak up on me! I'm Minnie, nice to meet you! I'm a very shy but sweet lady whose estimated birthdate is December, 2007. I originally made my way to Happily Ever After in May, 2008, when I was wandering around Marion, homeless. HEA took me in, spruced me up, gave me some love, and I found myself in a loving home in no time! Unfortunately, my home joined with another home and they had to return me to HEA in August, 2012. It's true, I am quite timid, but the volunteers here have been working tirelessly with me to gain my trust! I've lived with other dogs my whole life, and it really helps me to see how they act around people so that I can follow their lead! (I even have a boyfriend here: Sammy! Whatta hunk!) If you think that you have the right amount of patience to help this lovely lady emerge from her shy shell, and you have the right canine at home to be my partner, then I hope that you might consider giving me a try!
