The first step in our adoption process is an application, which you can submit online at www.littlebitsrescue.org It does not obligate you in any way, but we do not arrange meetings or make telephone contact until we have one.
Just take a look at this pretty little girl and tell us that you can resist her charms! Her owners put this precious Terrier/Chihuahua mix girl out on the street to fend for herself. When a neighbor picked her up and returned her, her family said they didn't want her anymore because they were moving! Brandi is only about a year and a half old and weighs 7-1/2 pounds. Just how cute are those freckles on her nose? And we think they give her an air of authority, too. She loves to play with the other dogs in her foster home and is not a barker. She plays with and share her toys with others. This little darling is doing very well with her house training and seems to know some basic commands. Brandi has been spayed, is up to date on vaccinations and has tested negative for heartworms and is on preventative. If you are interested in this pretty little girl, we hope you love doggy kisses because that is her favorite trick to share with humans. Because of her size, Brandi will not be placed in a home with children under the age of 8 years or with a dog weighing more than 20 pounds. Brandi's adoption donation is $125.00 and she is being fostered in Birmingham, Alabama. We do approve out of state adoptions, but you must be willing to drive to the foster home to “fetch” your new family member. We do not ship or transport our dogs. If you are interested in adopting this sweet baby, the first step is to submit an APPLICATION.
We do not place any dog in a home with "invisible" or underground fencing.
