My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I was seen running around the neighborhood in Louisiana all by my small self....not sure what I was thinking! Luckily, a really nice person saw me in her yard, and contacted rescue who came to get me. It is hard to think that a little, adorable guy like me would be a stray, but this does happen in Louisiana....many strays and quite an over-population of dogs, generally. But I am too young to understand that! In Louisiana, I was cared for, vetted and then transported to Rhode Island. I am here now, in a level A category licensed rescue. I am only two and weigh around 9 pounds. I love to snuggle, play and love my people! I would do fine in a home with children, as I have met all ages and do not mind them at all! I would like children who are quiet and respectful, as high activity level is disquieting for me. Other, small and/or non-aggressive dogs are fine with me...love to curl up on the sofa with the ones here in Rhode Island! I would love a family which is around in the day, as I love people and might be a bit lonely if I were by myself for a long work day.
My fee of 375. covers all vetting to date, transport to RI, Heartworm treatment, Neutering, a Health Certificate, an exam by a local vet in RI and I have my own collar and blanket too!
