Bug's Story...
Bug (as in Love Bug) is as beautiful as they come. He’s often treated like a celebrity on his walks, with adoring fans stopping him to tell him how gorgeous he is. But don’t worry, Bug is a modest guy and doesn’t let all the adoration go to his head. Instead, he’s all about letting the good times roll. He loves water play and is even crazier about toys. Tennis balls are his favorite, which makes exercising him a breeze.

Bug has been around young children and he is absolutely amazing with them. He is a pretty big boy, weighing in around 60 lbs. Bug knows sit, come, down, and he walks great on leash. He is also crate trained and potty trained, so all the hard work is done--Bug’s lucky forever family will find him an easy dog to live with. As much as he loves to play, he’s also very much a laid back guy who can’t wait to curl up next to you on the sofa and snooze the night away.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bug, a Sacramento American Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Sacramento, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Sacramento.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sacramento already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sacramento breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sacramento paves the way for another one to be saved.
