Phoebe is an adorable little girl who was abandoned and now we are looking for a very special home where she will be cherished for life and given the royal treatment she deserves. She is sweet as can be, with a tail wag and a big smile for everyone she meets! She gets along well with dogs and people of all ages - - to her, the whole world is a friend! We think she's between 1 - 2 years old and, at just under 8 pounds, Phoebe is full grown and will always stay a little bit of a thing. She is very healthy - - all she needs is a warm lap to sit in!
