My story

Kewpie wants to be a Lap dog – she really does. But her past life has made her wary and self protective. Her new guardian must go slow and gentle. Given her past experience, it’s not surprising that she’s afraid and sometimes hides. Kewpie is a sensitive, worried gal, who startles easily. Eventually, we hope that Kewpie will love spending time with people and being petted. She’s not there yet; you see for the first year of her life, this petite dog was with many other breeding dogs with very little socialization and not much human contact. She relates well to her fur buddies and it might help to have another dog in her new home to show her the ropes. At 6 lbs., she needs an adult home. No doubt, there might be some toilet training to do. Kewpie longs for a caring and patient guardian who will make her feel safe. Can you give this pup with the sad eyes the stability and welcoming home she so deserves. Please fill in the Adoption Form if you would like to adopt Kewpie.
