Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Littlefoot or Little, as he is called at his foster home, is a very sweet little guy. He and his Dad Snoopy were rescued from a backyard breeding situation, and when they came in, they were both on the shyer side.
Littlefoot was especially shy because all he had ever know was the small cage in the backyard, where he had been kept.
Now however, things have changed. Both boys have been staying with a wonderful foster family who has, socialized, house trained, and given the boys so much love that they are now completely out of their shells. They family has kids, and other dogs, so the boys have become well adjusted dogs. They are also just fine with cats.
Of the two Littlfoot is the shyest, he will need to work on being less shy in new situations, but he has come so far already! He is a goofball with the other dogs at the foster home, and loves to play chase with the toys,, and currently sleeps with the families 9 year old.
Littlefoot is shyer especially with new people, but once he knows you he will be in your lap. They love to hangout on the couch or go for a romp in the yard.
Both boys great kid dogs, but would do best in a situation where their family would have time to train, and give them the attention, they so deserve.
Also, these guys would do best in a house with a fenced yard situation, rather then an apartment, as they do need a chance to run around and play some off leash.
They are both fixed up to date on shots, and have their microchip. We are hoping for a home where they can go together, since they do so well together, and love each other, but we would also consider sending them to separate homes as well.
Their adoption fee includes all the vet care listed above, these guys are all vetted ready for a new home. Please email connellpetrescue@gmail.com if you would like to adopt !!!!
The boys are currently being fosterd in Seattle, WA, but transport can be arranged within reason
