Duggie's Story...
Hello, I am a Pug/Bulldog mix boy that was rescued after my owner lost her home. I am a very sweet and affectionate boy that loves other dogs, toys and balls. I am learning to go in and out a doggie door to potty. I love snuggling and sleeping in bed with you. I do have some hair loss. My foster mom is working on getting me treated and making me feel better. I am around 2 to 3 years old. For more information- please email aarfva@hotmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Duggie, a Richmond Pug/English Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/English Bulldog for sale in Richmond, or seeking a Pug/English Bulldog dog from a breeder in Richmond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Richmond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Richmond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/English Bulldog breeders who help with Pug/English Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Richmond paves the way for another one to be saved.
