Tucker's Story...
Tucker (1.01kg) arrived on March 20 2013. He was transferred to New Moon Rabbit Rescue from a shelter in Quebec.

Tucker is a sweet and curious little man. He is very friendly and wants nothing more than to be close to you and to “help” you with everything. He is good with being picked up and held and is comfortable with other animals.

Tucker loves his hay, loves his toys and just loves life in general! He has fairly consistent litter habits but has only just been neutered (12 April 2013) so he will need a bit more time to get it all figured out perfectly.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tucker, a North Gower Dwarf was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dwarf for sale in North Gower, or seeking a Dwarf from a breeder in North Gower.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Gower already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Gower breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dwarf breeders who help with Dwarf rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Gower paves the way for another one to be saved.
