Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Brunner unbelievably was on the euthanasia list for fear. We have no idea what happened to this puppy before he landed at County, but whatever it was, it wasn't good. He is in foster care now, learning that people are safe, and can be trusted. He is shy and withdrawn around people, but will allow you to cuddle and hold him - just like a baby. There is not a mean bone in his body - he's just afraid. He seems to come alive around his foster dog friend Leo, who has been mentoring him and showing him that people are there to love and protect him, not hurt him. He will need a person/family that will be patient and slow with him, love him and protect him, and continue to teach him how people are safe. We believe him to be a Swiss Mountain Dog, but that was not an option to choose for breed.
