Murpy's Story...
Murphy is a fluffy bundle of love, he and his sister Mya are 4 months old, Collie/Lab Mixes, they are 25lbs now so we expect them to at least double in size. They are fostered with other dogs, cats and children and get along with everyone. They are spayed/neutered and up to date on shots. They are doing well with house training, crate training and leash training. We don't see these fur balls lasting so contact us for application form if you would like to meet them. The adoption fee is $200.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Murpy, a Largo Collie/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Collie/Labrador Retriever for sale in Largo, or seeking a Collie/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Largo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Largo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Largo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Collie/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Collie/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Largo paves the way for another one to be saved.
