Grayson's Story...
Grayson is a 8 month old Border Collie/Australian Shepherd tricolor boy. He has a lot of energy like a Border Collie or Aussie but he will come right up to you and be your friend. Don't know if you can tell in the pics or not but he has these cute little black spots on his nose that look like freckles! Grayson loves to sit on your lap or catch a toy in his mouth and his tail is always wagging cuz he is a very happy boy. Grayson is crate trained and he is learning to use the doggy door. He plays nicely with his foster brother and sisters but doesn't like to share his food. Grayson would do fine with kids and other dogs but we aren't sure know about cats.

Grayson will be at the Petsmart 115th and Metcalf on Saturdays or please contact Elise at 816-898-5646 or email her at CBush86975@aol.com to find out when and where you can meet GRAYSON!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Grayson, a Overland Park Australian Shepherd/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Border Collie for sale in Overland Park, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Overland Park.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Overland Park already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Overland Park breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Border Collie breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Overland Park paves the way for another one to be saved.
