My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harper is 7 years old and has suffered a lifetime of abuse at the hands of his previous "owner". He was chained outside, in the cold, rain, wind, etc. He is an angel inside the house and really enjoys his dog bed. Harper is VERY sweet, loves everyone and loves attention. He is great on a leash. He is on the skinny side, but we are working on putting weight on him. He is a gentle soul who deserves to live out his remaining years in a loving home. PLEASE help Harper find his forever home.

Harper's adoption fee is $100. This covers all age-appropriate shots and vetting.
