CUPCAKE's Story...
Looking for something to satisfy your sweet tooth? What about a CUPCAKE? Why don't you try our adorable little Cupcake. We couldn't resist the name since she is one of the smaller puppies in this litter and the very definition of "cute". As my mom would say, "you just want to eat her up". She is a smaller puppy in the litter and is a darker tan with some touches a black just around the edges of her ears. She is so very playful and we found it hard to get her to pose for us for her photos. She was too busy checking everything out.

Cupcake is approx 8 weeks old and weighs approx 15 lbs. She has been started on all of her vaccines and will be spayed in two weeks. We currently have her on all of her monthly preventatives for heart worms, fleas/ticks, and parasites. She will receive her last vaccination on May 11 and could be ready to go to her new home after that date.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

CUPCAKE, a Glastonbury Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Glastonbury, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Glastonbury.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Glastonbury already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Glastonbury breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Glastonbury paves the way for another one to be saved.
