My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Grace is certainly full of grace, as well as curiosity, a loving spirit, and a desire to work. Only around 10 months old and about 45 pounds, if you love German Shepherd Dogs you need to meet her to appreciate her!

Grace was brought in as a stray to a shelter, obviously too skinny and with evidence of a collar or chain that had been on her neck too tightly for a long time. Even with the neglect she had gone through, Grace still loves people and wants to be with them.

Of course, being a dog of great intelligence, she wants a job. Walking in the yard? She'll go ahead and make sure the path is safe. Sitting in a chair? She'll take the first watch! Grace wants to be with her people and accomplishing important things with them.

Grace is young and still gets a little off focus when there is something more interesting to look at or listen to. However, her strongest desire is to make her person happy. She does great on leash and in a crate as well. She absolutely loves other dogs, big and small, but would probably chase a cat for the sport of it.
