Ben's Story...
Ben was found as a stray by his foster mom on a deserted road. He is a young dog (approx. 7-8 months old). He is your typical playful pup that loves loves loves to be petted on. He is great with kids and seems fine with other dogs as well. Ben is a happy go lucky kinda guy looking for a forever home where he will never be let out of the road lonely and scared again. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ben, a Hazard Welsh Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Welsh Corgi for sale in Hazard, or seeking a Welsh Corgi dog from a breeder in Hazard.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hazard already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hazard breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Welsh Corgi breeders who help with Welsh Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hazard paves the way for another one to be saved.
