Cinderella's Story...
Cinderella is a beautiful, petite cat with a unique white fur coat and dark markings. She is a loyal sweetheart who loves nothing more than to nuzzle, purr, and knead during snuggle sessions. Cinderella was found abandoned in Bed-Stuy, apparently thrown out when someone determined she was pregnant. Luckily, she found her way inside the home of a good samaritan just in time to give birth to 5 gorgeous kittens! Cinderella is less than a year old and is now enjoying being a kitten herself. She adores playing with her felt mouse, giving and receiving lots of affection, and curiously investigating the goings-on at her foster home. Cinderella is thrilled to be safe and happy inside, and quickly warms up to anyone who shows her a loving touch. She can't wait to find her fairy tale ending in a forever home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cinderella, a Brooklyn Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
