WATCH MY VIDEO! Meet Cashew! He is a 4 month old male Chihuahua who currently weighs 4 lbs. He should be about 6 lbs full grown. He has the orange colored coat of the Dachshund and the body style of the Chihuahua. He was rescued from the Carson animal shelter after being neglected and abandoned by whoever was supposed to care for him.
Cashew is a sweet mild mannered puppy that adores his people. He has a submissive way of scooting up to say “hi” and is very sensitive to having his owner’s approval and love. He listens well and his house manners are excellent considering he is still a young puppy. He will use a piddle pad but prefers to use the bathroom outside just like the bigger dogs in his foster home. Overall he has been a very easy puppy and quickly fit right into the routine at his foster home. Will alert bark if he sees a stranger walk by but is not a yappy dog at all.
Cashew loves going for rides in the car! He is well behaved and sits quietly in his doggie car seat. He is just learning about walking on a harness and he is not quite convinced that this is supposed to be fun. He will come around in time but for now he is happy to be carried while he observes the world from the safety of your arms.
Cashew is wonderfully social with other dogs both big and small. He likes to cuddle in close with the big dogs and he likes to play with the little dogs. He is also respectful if another dog does not want to be bothered with his puppy antics.
Cashew is neutered, micro chipped, rabies, dewormed and up to date on his vaccinations. If you would like to meet Cashew please contact Theresa at email@example.com or call 951 852-7999.
