Joey's Story...
My name is Joey and I am a 15 pound, 6-7 year old Bichon who needs a new home!!
I am the happiest, friendliest little man you will ever meet! I love the other dogs, get sooo excited around kids and even like the kitties!!! Oh, they tell me I am awesome cuz I am not much of a barker either.
I will stand at the door and turn in circles to tell you I have to go out… I walk nice on the leash and am happy playing or snuggling!!
I like to go on car rides and I ride really nice and will look out the window while you drive.
If you could find a place in your life for me, you will see how much joy I will bring you!!
I am neutered and the vet says I am in perfect health!!
I think we could really have some fun together!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Joey, a Minnetonka Bichon Frise dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bichon Frise for sale in Minnetonka, or seeking a Bichon Frise dog from a breeder in Minnetonka.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Minnetonka already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Minnetonka breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bichon Frise breeders who help with Bichon Frise rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Minnetonka paves the way for another one to be saved.
