Meet Timothy.
I'm a big, beautiful, healthy adult, male Himalayan. I love Temptation treats and wet cat food. I enjoy nibbling on dry food as well and my foster mom says I'm a really good eater. Thank goodness because when I came here after being rescued I was very depressed and sad. In the beginning after my owner died and I had to live by myself in the house, I got very sad and depressed. I was scared and lonely and didn't understand what was going on. By the time the estate was settled and I got to my foster mom's house, I could hardly pick my head up, I was so sad. I stayed sad for a while but she managed to get through to me with those treats. Did I mention I love to eat?? Then she started feeding me closer and closer to her. Soon I was jumping up on the chair with her to get my treats and some head rubs. I'm still kind of skittish and shy but I do love getting my head rubbed. Just recently I've been allowed to run around the whole house with my foster sister. I'm glad she's here to show me the ropes and how to get around the house so I don't feel lost. Life is starting to look pretty good to me now. I'm even purring now. I know with a little more time and love, I will relax and really be a loving boy. I'm a perfect gentleman when it comes to using the litter box. It's my food that I make a mess with due to my very flat face. Because of that, my tongue sticks out just a tiny bit. My foster mom thinks it looks pretty cute. What do you think??? When my coat grows out, it will require daily brushing and my eyes require daily cleaning even though they are hard to see.
