Heidi's Story...
April 26/13
She is a 9 week old large breed mix.. At this point we have no idea what kind of dog she is. Mom is a real mix and I imagine dad was as well.
Heidi may be cute but she is full of attitude. She will need an experience owner with no small children. Children over 12 should be fine. Heidi is a fun loving girl that will need training to keep her mind busy, lots of activitey to keep the body tired. She is learning to walk on a leash and is good with other dogs and cats.
All pups are adopted within BC. the adoption fee includes vaccines, spay, microchip and tattoo. If you would like an application please drop us a line at wcrr.info@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Heidi, a Surrey Australian Shepherd/Husky puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Husky for sale in Surrey, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Husky puppy from a breeder in Surrey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Surrey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Surrey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Husky breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Surrey paves the way for another one to be saved.
