Caesar is a 6 year old male who his Foster Family describes as a cuddly teddy bear who loves to have his belly rubbed! Caesar is an owner surrender who was not coping well with their youngest child and would do well in a home with older children. He is crate trained however they have not used one for him in several years. He ignores cats, his former owner had 3, and he is doing great with other dogs at his Foster home.
