FIONA's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

FIONA's Story...
Fiona, a 7 month old, 17 Lbs little mixed dog, she looks like a miniature Black Lab :)
She is very friendly, not a barker. She is shy around other dogs though, especially bigger ones and it can take her a while to get used to them being around her.. Cats she seems more curious than scared, they mostly ignore each other. She does tend to sniff a lot when she sees a squirrel or rabbit, in a true terrier fashion.
She's easy to walk, She is a playful puppy, she loves to play tug of war and she enjoys following people outside and around the house. Ideally, her new home will have a yard for her to run and play with a tall fence, she is athletic and could jump out of a 3ft fence, Fiona enjoys running!
She likes to be cradled like a baby and have the fur between the pads of her paws massaged. She thrives with attention.. She is also well potty trained, she will go in one area. Fiona is a great little dog that will make an amazing companion to the right person or family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

FIONA, a San Diego Border Terrier/Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Terrier/Chihuahua for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Border Terrier/Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Terrier/Chihuahua breeders who help with Border Terrier/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
