Belle's Story...
This is Belle. She is a 3 year old Great Pyrenese/Lab cross. She is 30 inches tall and weighs in around 38.8skgs. She loves hanging out in doggy daycare, going for walks, and sleeping on the couch. She seems to have inherited the guarding instincts of the pyrenese so a strong handler and rules are a must. That being said she really is a gentle giant so verbal corrections are all that are needed for this big girl. She is micro chipped, spayed, and up to date on all vaccinations. She would do best a home with older kids or adults. She really is a wonderful dog and would make the right person a wonderful companion!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Belle, a Saskatoon Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever for sale in Saskatoon, or seeking a Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Saskatoon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Saskatoon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Saskatoon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Great Pyrenees/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Saskatoon paves the way for another one to be saved.
