Guinness's Info...

I am already neutered and up to date with shots.

Guinness's Story...
A nice Heights family did what we wish everyone would do…they helped some dogs! A pregnant Mama Chihuahua and an older pup followed a family home.Fast forward 6 weeks and Mama dog is having pups! They fostered and got the puppies old enough to be adopted and now the babies need homes. The Chihuahua babies have been dewormed twice so far and had their first DHPP shots. They are also on Heartgard Plus and Frontline.

The pups are 10 weeks old and ready for their forever homes. Their adoption fee is $150 and includes Vaccine DHPP #2 ( pups need 3 rounds of vaccines) and a spay or neuter. All pups will be kept on Heartworm and Flea Prevention.

There are 3 black, tiny females and 1 black and tan male. The mama dog only weighs 6 lbs, so based on how little these pups are, they will most likely weigh 6-10lbs as adults.

They will be fine with children 10 yrs and older.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Guinness, a Houston Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Houston, or seeking a Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
