Beautiful male who has had two very loving homes, he gets along fine with cats and other dogs and loves to play.He was given up for financial and medical reasons. He is completely house broken and walks on a leash like a gentleman. He has been lovingly cared for and up to date on all vaccinations. This is a super guy who would make a wonderful pet in someones home.

Keep in mind that we are a volunteer organization and encourage serious inquiries only. Great Pyrenees are known for their barking as they were bred to be Livestock Guardians. HOWEVER, a dog not raised around farm animals does not automatically become an Livestock Guardian. They are trained from birth to do that job. If you need a working dog you should contact a reputable breeder for a trained dog. Find breeders at Great Pyrenees Club of America www.gpcaonline.org

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Princeton, a Lee Great Pyrenees dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Pyrenees for sale in Lee, or seeking a Great Pyrenees dog from a breeder in Lee.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lee already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lee breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Pyrenees breeders who help with Great Pyrenees rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lee paves the way for another one to be saved.
