I am up to date with shots and good with dogs.
5 pups appeared in the front yard of a big animal lover and one of the foster homes for a number of the dogs from the City of Jackson (MS) Animal Shelter. They are now safe but are in need of new homes! This is Peyton and like all the others, he didn't want to go outside with me to have his picture taken. It doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure out why. They had never been on a leash, obviously. Once outside, within 25 seconds, they all decided I was the most fun thing they had ever met and they each became putty in my hands. Wiggly, happy, rolling over, playing, even forgetting the leash which became a tug o' war toy or a chew, in some instances. These pups appear to be about 3 months old 5/8/2013) and have personality plus. All made a discovery: being held is tops. Being held under the arm is tops. Being held, just barely under the arm and falling through is tops. Contact is tops. Precious, playful pups, out on the town. Thank heavens they wandered into a rescuers front yard. Much to her dismay. But they were all saved by the belle. They are kind of fuzzy, with big feet, sparkly eyes, and glorious good natures.
Although these puppies are in Jackson, MS, transportation to the New England area can be easily arranged. If you are interested in taking me into your forever home please fill out the adoption form here: http://www.animalrescuefront.org/Adoption-Form.html
