Effie is black with white around her neck and forehead, with
black speckles. She is the ultimate little speckled pup! She
really enjoys attention from people and will let you know when
she is ready for affection!

Her adoption fee is $115.00, and that includes her spay surgery,

and starting on heartworm prevention.
