Rocket's Story...
Talk about turning heads! Look at those ears!
Rocket came to us after being dumped at a vet hospital with a badly imbedded collar. The vet hospital got him the help he needed to
heal, then turned him over to us to get him the help he needs finding a forever home! Rocket is a goofy looking 6 month old puppy with bat ears and stumpy legs. He is housebroken and crate trained, and plays nicely with dogs and is curious but not aggressive towards cats. He is a ball of energy and loves to give hugs.
Could you be this boys forever home?
Rockets adoption fee is $230, it covers his neuter, shots, HW test, microchip, and all other vetting. Please apply at www.fidosrescueandrehab.petfinder.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rocket, a Lancaster Corgi/Jack Russell Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi/Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Lancaster, or seeking a Corgi/Jack Russell Terrier puppy from a breeder in Lancaster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lancaster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lancaster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi/Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Corgi/Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lancaster paves the way for another one to be saved.
