Hi, I'm Rose! My siblings and I were rescued as kittens by a nice lady from CAAWS from the ceiling of a classroom. She gave each of us a name from that show The Golden Girls and told us we'd each be getting a home. Yay!

I'm still waiting patiently for mine. The CAAWS volunteers say I'm super sweet and I really do adore all my humans. When I flop over on my back my foster Mom will rub my head, and I could pretty much let her do that 24/7! She's tried to rub my belly but I'm not so crazy about that so I just remind her with a gentle push of my paw. I would never bite or swat my people, but I have swatted at my pesky furry roommates! I do like having playmates though; just not loud ones who drum up too much activity. I currently live with 2 dogs and prefer the one who is smaller, soft-energy & quiet. I'm not afraid to defend myself so a calm, non-reactive furry housemate is best for me! I'm not sure about those things they call 'children' but if I had to live with any I think they would have to be a little older and very calm, as too much activity makes me feel a bit stressed out.

My cat doctor says that I'm a healthy girl. I eat special food that is very yummy because I once had bladder crystals, which was so uncomfortable. My special diet will help prevent them from returning.

If it sounds like we could be 'furever' friends I would love to meet you! Please contact my friends at CAAWS to find out how.
