Oscar is a 7-month-old Basset Hound or Dachshund mix. He has cute short legs and a very happy disposition. Oscar weighs only 28 lbs, so he’ll be a medium-sized adult. Oscar climbs into laps like a monkey – no jumping that high for him! He will play fetch with balls and toys, but prefers to hang out with people.
