Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Nelly and Ricky, what an amazing pair! These dogs are both terrific on their own...but get them together and they are a wonderful pair of rescue pups that complement each other totally! Nelly is a small (38lbs) 2 year old Weimaraner and staffie mix who loves people and other pups (especially Ricky!). Ricky is a 1 year old Pug Terrier mix who is also tiny (25 lbs) but super playful and friendly. Both dogs are in foster together in Seattle, which is how we realized they’d be perfect adopted together! Ricky can be shy and Nelly makes him brave…Nelly can be a little fearful of new situations people and Ricky makes her outgoing and confident- a perfect match if there ever was one! Both dogs attend day care at Metro Dog in Seattle and play hard all day with others. Both pups are crate trained and house trained. Nelly is spayed, and Rick is neutered. Both are current on all vaccines and heartworm negative. Both love car rides, walk well on leashes and do everything better- TOGETHER! Ricky and Nelly were rescued separately out of high kill north Georgia shelters and both on their last days. Nelly made the journey to Washington on driving transport as did Ricky- a long way to come to find you and their wonderful new Northwest homes. This dynamic duo’s foster mom just loves them both and it was her suggestion to try to place together. Brenda would enjoy telling you all about them and how they provide hours of entertainment! Look at their adorable playful video and you’ll feel their love and enjoyment of each other (tons more videos too!). You will be one lucky pack leader to get to hang out with this canine group. They are hilarious and harmonious together…and your home and life will be fuller and friendlier with them in it!
