Virginia - adoption pending's Story...
this little schnauzer mix is approx 2 yrs old and 14 lbs, but you would think she was a puppy. she is happy and active, loves to run and play with the other dogs, loves lots of attention, is just a really sweet girl, she has been treated for heart worms and is on a monthly preventative, she loves to go on walks, seems to be very well house trained and has a beautiful coat , we had to shave part of it off as it was so matted and she will need regulars trips to the groomers to keep it in shape..

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Virginia - adoption pending, a Norwalk Schnauzer (Miniature) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Norwalk, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature) dog from a breeder in Norwalk.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwalk already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwalk breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norwalk paves the way for another one to be saved.
