Valentina's Info...

I am already spayed, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Valentina's Story...
This young, 5 month old Maltese mix puppy came to us from a Southern CA shelter. Her hair was badly matted to the skin so she is now sporting a short, puppy cut. Her lovely, soft coat of hair will be beautiful with daily grooming. Valentina would do best in a home with a person who has previously trained small dogs as she is the perfect age to begin training.

Valentina was recently spayed, has a microchip, and her shots are current. For information on the adoption process for Valentina, please go to our website www.americanmalteserescue.org

Valentina will be at the Petco in Irvine, CA 5/18/13 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Valentina, a Ft. Bragg Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Ft. Bragg, or seeking a Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) puppy from a breeder in Ft. Bragg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ft. Bragg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ft. Bragg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Maltese/Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ft. Bragg paves the way for another one to be saved.
