Here's what the humans have to say about me:
May 26th update! Parker has arrived and he was just so sweet! He was a bit unsure about all the new sights, sounds and smells when he arrived but he looks to the person he is with, and his dog buddies, for reassurance. As long as they say OK, he's willing to explore! He is gorgeous and just a perfect medium size guy! He walks beautifully on leash and rides well in the car. More info will be available as he settles into his life in New England.
Parker is such a sweet and gentle soul. He is a Hound/Pointer mix and is two years old. He is so handsome with his two-tone auburn and brown coat and beautiful, expressive golden eyes. Parker is a devoted walking companion and enjoys running and playing in the shelter yard. Parker has such a loving heart! He will stand up for hugs and loves to be petted and cuddled. Parker already knows the sit command and should be easy to train. If you are looking for the perfect dog to be at your side during the day and curl up at your feet at night, Parker is the one for you! He will be the most devoted companion a family could want!

Please note, we do not have a physical location, but we are supported by a network of wonderful foster homes that are spread throughout New England. A dog will need to be visited by a prospective adopter in the foster home where they are feeling safe and comfortable.
