Carter = love + hugs. Everyone who meets 1 year old Carter describes him the same way: "He is always happy". Growing up with other dogs but limited human exposure, he did not know human affection. Making up for lost time, Carter will bury his head in the crook of your arm while enjoying his back and belly rubs. This young boy also enjoys frolicking in the yard, chasing the birds, squirrels or any other critter that invades his yard. With Carter, you get twice the love.
