My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Here we have the curious case of Benjamin Button. Cocker Spaniel Rescue of East Texas rescued a sad, skinny boy suffering from a severe case of mange. The shelter where his owner dumped him had named him Angel, but the dedicated volunteer, who drove through a torrential rainstorm to pick him up renamed him Benjamin Button because of his hairless wrinkled appearance. He became known around the Cocker Inn as simply B. B. Benjamin was taken directly to a vet clinic where he received a shot and antibiotics to begin the healing process. He also received treatment for eye and ear infections. While recovering at the clinic, he immediately started doing much better. His eyes became clear and not all gunky. The vet tech reported that he was eating good and was such a happy boy. He may even have a touch of merle in him because he has a little bit of a blue streak in his left eye. Finally released from the clinic, he checked into the Cocker Inn®. He's coming along nicely but he still has a long road to travel. With lots of love he will be a handsome boy. Remember that in the movie, Benjamin Button wound up looking like Brad Pitt. Imagine how this guy is going to look.
