My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pigmee, also known as Happy Feet, is a 3 yr old lab mix who needs a new home. Her owners are having twins and Pigmee is already distressed with a toddler in the house. She is a sweet, gentle, smart girl who is shy when you first meet her. Her favorite activities are chasing balls, chewing Nylabones, going for walks, and just being petted and snuggled. She does not have the high energy of a typical lab. She is housebroken and has had some clicker training. She responds to hand signals for sit, down, and come. Pigmee currently lives with another dog and a cat and is fine with them. She also lives with a 2 yr old boy and although she is gentle with him, his activity seems to make her nervous. She would do best in a quieter home with people who can give her lots of love. Kids 10 and up would be OK. Pigmee is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm tested. Her adoption fee is $350.
