Shelby is an adorable 8-9 mo. old German Shepherd mix little girl. She has been through so much in her short life---abandoned with her brother as very young pups, both brought to a shelter to enjoy a safer life than the streets and then her brother was adopted---leaving Shelby alone.
Sad and lonely she missed her brother. When it seemed all was lost for this sweet dog, life started to turn around for her.
She was brought to New England to be fostered. Finally this little girl is receiving the love and endless attention she deserves. She is coming out of her shell and is having a ball with her foster mom's other dog.
Shelby loves the outdoors immensely, preferring to bring her bones and toys to lounge outside basking in nature.
She is house trained, with beautiful manners in her home to be such a young little girl. She has good leash skills and gets along with many dogs and cats--her housemates included. Her foster mother "simply adores her"!
Once you meet her Shelby you will fall in love with her as her foster family has. The happy go-lucky pup, she is a doll!!
