My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Adriel "Adri" for short. Look at my soft "melt your heart" puppy eyes, and that picture of me playing, gosh I look like a professional athlete. I really love the volunteers who take my photos! I am a quiet fellow and slowly I am getting used to the hustle of shelter living. I want to send a shout out to a few of my friends; Deb, Linda, Sarah, Liz, Carrie...I am starting to navigate the stairs like a real pro, thanks for the patience and gentle coaxing! I am shy at first but happy to meet new folks and enjoy getting my share of your time and attention. The folks here don't really know what my breed mix is but are guessing I could have some retriever, shepherd or terrier mixed in, basically a super cute American mutt! I am just about 5 months old and so the folks here are guessing I don't have too much growing left to do so will probably stay a medium size; I weigh in at 28 pounds now. I fit nicely into the passenger seat of your car so travel with me is easy. Speaking of travel, I am really looking forward to meeting my soul mate so stop procrastinating and come on down to the "this dog is right" show today! Before making the trip to visit the shelter we strongly recommend checking our website for information on adoption policies and procedures. Please understand that because we are a busy place and because so many animals need our care and attention, adoptions are on a first come basis and no animal will be put on hold, we appreciate your understanding and look forward to your visit! To inquire about a pet's availability or for more information please PHONE the shelter (978-283-6055 ex 10 for reception desk) instead of sending emails.
