My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Smokey is an adorable 51 lb, 6 year old lab / terrier mix that came to us as owner surrender. She has been spending her time warming up to her foster family (both human and furry members). Smokey is receiving lots of love and care and her personality is coming out. Smokey loves to be pet and cuddled. She is well-behaved and mostly housetrained (she did not have any accident at her foster home as of yet!). Smokey probably wasn't walked much as she is very unfamiliar with a leash, but her foster family will continue to work on it. She is beginning to show her playful side and is playing with her furry foster mates. Smokey knows she is bigger than her foster friends and she plays very gentle with them. She is very well behaved and follows direction well. Smokey does not jump on bed or furniture unless she is invited by foster mom/dad. Smokey is well on her way to being a perfect family pet.
