Georgia's Story...
Geordia's past life was with a family that didn't properly care for this wonderful girl the way she deserved! Lucky for her Pittie Me Rescue was able to step up when her owners surrenderd her. Geordia is aproximately 2 years old and a brindle Plott Hound mix with a medium length coat. This girl is sweeter than candy! Georgia loves water and some other dogs but is not a fan of cats! She enjoys lots of belly rubs, just hanging out and playing with her toys and lounging in the grass. Georgia's $175 adoption fee includes her spay, current vaccinations, and microchip!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Georgia, a Gilbert Plott Hound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Plott Hound for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Plott Hound dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Plott Hound breeders who help with Plott Hound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
