Popeye is a 8 yr old Lhasa Apso he weighs about 18 lbs. He's very sweet and very mellow. His owner's used him as a breeding dog and when he was no longer useful he was going to be dumped at the shelter. One of our fosters decided they wanted to take him before he went to the shelter. He has two cataracts in both eyes which makes him completely blind. He gets around just fine and can find his the water bowl and food. He's an all around wonderful sweet dog and is great with kids, dogs and even cats. He loves to snuggle and he's a great dogs can't say enough about him and he sweet personality. He's updated on all his shots, microchipped and neutered.
