Here's what the humans have to say about me:
he is much cuter than these pictures show...........
This cute longhair Chihuahua male, was an owner surrender. The owner has had him for 7 years, or since he was a baby. she is now married, and has a 3 year old boy and pregnant again. He does not get along with the child..............
He is reddish fawn and has a thick beautiful coat! He weighs 6.2 pounds. He is a talker.
He is also shy of strangers, and sometimes gets pretty fearful but just for a minute or two. He is very well trained. and really minds well!!!!!
He is now vetted, and ready to find himself a forever home, and please NO kids in the home! He really likes to be with his person, and go for car rides. when I am in my front yard, he stays right there in the yard with me.He sleeps with me and likes to share my pillow! LOL
He does have bad knees, or what is known as Luxating Patella's. That is slippage in the knee caps and needs to be surgically repaired. The rescue will be doing this surgery so that he will have a happier and healthy life........... We will be doing one knee in the next week or so, and then the other leg will be done when that one is healed. This does not keep him from being adopted now and doing his recovery in his new home.................
his adoption fee is $150.00
and please note, we do require a securely fenced yard. and no children in the home on this dog.........
you can meet him at our adoption outreaches at the Edmond Petsmart, that is located on Broadway. We are there on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month. our hours are from 10:30 to 5
OR you can call the rescue to meet him before then.
