My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I will paint you a picture, of this sweet girl. she is 4 years old, she is black and white. A short haired Chi female. she weighs 7.5 pounds. but is not a big Chi.

she came to us from Tulsa, where her mom had passed away. Then they went to live with the owners daughter, but she felt like they were not happy with her. so she called us.

chiggers had bad luxating Patellas. Or slippage in her knee caps. so we have done knee surgery on one leg and in a few months she will have the other one done. this does not prevent her from finding her own loving home. We will pay for the surgery!!! she is very sweet and loving.

she came to us with her litter mate, Junebug, and we would be thrilled if they could stay together, but we also know that is not likely to happen. Of the two dogs, chigger is the alpha.

We have done all of their vet work and they are happy in their foster home, but would really really really like a place to call HOME! Where they will be a member of the family and will live forever! could that be your home?

Adopting a rescue dog is very rewarding and they will love you like no other! They ask very little, just lots of love!

Her adoption fee is $150.00 and please note that we do not adopt to families with children under the age of 10 years old. We DO require a securely fenced yard. and all other pets must be current on vaccines and either spayed or neutered unless there is a medical reason.
