Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Melody – pretty name for a pretty girl!
We are pleased to introduce you to Melody – an adorable, on the small side, 2 year old Boxer/Pittie mix who’s as pretty as her name. Melody was left at our good friends’ grooming and boarding facility – what a sad thing. Her owners had said they were moving and boarded her there for a while but they didn't visit and never called. After a time it seemed like Melody was permanently there, so after they spoke with the people, they admitted they could not find an apartment with her so they gave her up :( Such a sad thing for a family member and she was so confused. Thank goodness for Jo-Mar who without hesitation took her in to foster.
Well all this is hopefully in the past for this 40 lb. lap dog! She is getting the attention she deserves and has nutritious food to eat and even gets to have a sleep over once in a while so she knows what it's like to just be a dog. She adores the attention of people and walks nicely on her leash. She listens GREAT and seems to adore all peeps! Although she is safe, a kennel is not the place for any cat or dog to live :( They need the structure and leadership of their own people to thrive and be happy. Melody would wonderful in most any family and with the right intro and leadership, she will be ok with another dog. If you are looking for the right mushball for your family this girl is it!! :)
Melody is up to date with vaccines, spayed and housebroken. She wants to please and responds so well to commands. Don't we all need some guidance once in a while? Once you meet her, you will fall in love without a doubt. Her cuteness just makes you go awwwwwwwwwwwwww LOL!
Please email info@tufftails.org for all info and to meet this charming little lady!! Thank you and hope to see you soon! xoxo
