BAT'EM UP....HERE COMES DODGER!! This gentleman is a fun, happy, b/w, 17.4 lb, 5 yr old Lhasa Poodle (you'll see the poodle when his hair grows in) who just really wants to belong to a family. Throw him a ball and he's a happy camper. Give him some toys, and he'll show you what to do with them!! He is a very happy-go-lucky dog who is like a big kid! This boy needs an active and attentive home. He loves to roll around and play with people. He likely wouldn't be happy in a senior home because he is a big, strong boy who could knock you over! No children under 8 yrs old either, for the same reason. Dodger would make a great companion for a family with older kids -- he's that kind of small dog that even "dad" woauldn't be embarrassed walking! He might prefer to be an only dog, only to hog all the attention, or go with a female. He doesn't like being part of a "huge" pack, but a companion would be fine. Don't be surprised at all if you find him sleeping under your bed...but that might be only at his foster home, where he was one of many and under the bed was his "place" to be alone! Dodger is a wonderful boy and deserves a wonderful home. He may need a refresher course on potty training, as we believe the last year or two of his life he has lived outside. He was a matted mess when we got him....but he is ruggedly handsome now! Don't miss the Dodger this go around!!
Our website is updated daily. Please do not apply for this dog unless your home fits the specified criteria. All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, groomed, vet checked, dewormed, deflea'd and come with a leash, collar and ID tag!

Most Sundays, unless we are doing a special event, we are at Westfield Century City Mall from 12p-4pm behind the Concierge Booth near Brooks Bros. Park in the Orange Section in the parking structure and come up the escallator and follow the signage. You can see this, and many more, adorable pups at this weekly event! Please do call us if you are coming to see a particular dog to make sure he/she will be at adoptions (we do not bring sick dogs to our adoption events). Please bring a copy of your application and pictures of your home and yard if we have not done a home check! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!!!
